Policies

  • All invoices will be provided via registered email after your scheduled appointment. 

  • All payments need to be made via e-transfer to info@speechally.ca

  • If two consecutive payments are pending then we will stop the therapy sessions until the payments are cleared. 

  • When three consecutive sessions are canceled without a valid reason, then the client will be automatically removed from our service list and will have to move to the waitlist to avail services again. 

  • All cancellations need 24 hrs notice, if not the actual session charges will be applicable.
